Forgecast AI helps users turn calls, transcripts, uploads, notes, and rough ideas into content drafts, exports, and other publishing assets.
We process account information such as email address and authentication data, content users choose to submit for generation or transcription, billing-related identifiers from Stripe, and limited product telemetry used to improve the app and understand usage.
We use submitted content to generate outputs, provide exports, support billing, maintain account access, monitor reliability, and improve the product experience.
Forgecast AI uses third-party providers including Supabase for authentication and database services, OpenAI for generation and transcription, Stripe for billing, and Vercel for hosting and deployment infrastructure.
We retain account records, generation history, and related operational records for as long as needed to operate the service, support users, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records, unless deletion is requested where supported.
