Terms of Service

Forgecast AI provides hosted content generation, transcription, export, and workflow tooling. You are responsible for the content you upload, paste, generate, export, or distribute through your use of the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed under it. Access may be suspended for abuse, fraud, illegal use, or activity that threatens service integrity or other users.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Billing, payment method management, and subscription status are handled through Stripe. Plan limits, generations, and included redoes are governed by the active plan shown in the app at the time of use.
AI output may require review and editing before publication. You remain responsible for factual accuracy, rights clearance, legal compliance, brand suitability, and any publishing decisions made using generated results.
We aim to keep Forgecast AI available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, pricing, limits, and supported workflows may evolve as the product improves.
